1. Minmater ratting ships? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
what kind of ratting are you referring to??? high sec, or low sec. I say mimatar is better for pvp, however try hurricane with a full set of auto turrets. they do much damage.

i say the best frigate for tanking is a passive sheild tanked rifter. one on one is good and the shield recharge rate is good with t1 items. but like everyone said, against a blob, your not gonna last a second.

yea, the vexor is a great ship against frigates. but still i don't think any ship would be good against 20 merlins. i mean they can jams you and pick your drones off one by one. i say friends with vexors is also a good choose. lol

look, a good passive shield tank on a jaguar can tank ever 0.0 bs out there. However you could not rat in 0.0 at all due to the awesome bs tank of the rats. But I think you should go with BC to rat in 0.0 instead.
